What should I do, when ColorNavigator stops recognizing the built-in calibration sensor or the built-in calibration sensor stops working?
A.
Please turn off the main power switch located in the rear of the monitor and then turn it back on. We released the revised version of ColorNavigator for this problem. For customer using the applicable models, please update to ColorNavigator Ver.5.4.6 or later.
